AI embedded into real processes

A model on its own produces nothing. The result appears when it sits inside a process, receives real data and returns an answer into the system where the work happens.

    Corporate AI assistant rollout

    Task
    Employees spent a large part of the day looking for answers across policies, price lists and correspondence. The same questions kept reaching team leads and slowed departments down.
    Solution
    We built an assistant on top of internal documents and the system of record. Answers cite their source, access rights are inherited from the corporate directory, and ambiguous cases are handed to a human.

    Digital platform development

    Task
    Client operations ran on spreadsheets and email. Data diverged between departments and month-end reporting took several days.
    Solution
    We designed a platform with a client portal, a single data model and integrations with the accounting system. Reporting is computed automatically from source records.

    IT infrastructure modernisation

    Task
    Servers were going out of support, backups were verified irregularly, and any site incident stopped production accounting.
    Solution
    We moved workloads to a fault-tolerant cluster, separated production and management networks, and set up backups with immutable copies and regular restore drills.

    Building a secure network

    Task
    A flat network with no segmentation, scattered access rules and no unified event log — investigating any incident took weeks.
    Solution
    We split the network into trust zones, deployed next-generation firewalls and MFA, and consolidated events into a single platform with a defined retention period.

Four principles that set the order of work on any project.

  1. We understand the business task

    We start from the process and its constraints, not from a technology choice. If a policy solves it better than a system, we will say so.

  2. We design the architecture

    Decisions are written down: data model, integrations, load, resilience. The architecture stays legible after we leave.

  3. We implement

    We take it to production: data migration, team training, staged rollout with a rollback path.

  4. We own the outcome

    We agree on a measurable outcome up front and come back to those numbers after launch.
